The New Castle County Delaware Recorder of Deeds, Mike Kozikowski, determined that his staff was continually answering many of the same questions about the services his office provides. He decided to use web videos to describe what deeds are and how they affect individuals and county revenues. Four separate videos are now available for viewing on the county website and on disc at presentations.
